Ever feel sorry for yourself? Dive into a “pity party”? This is a prayer I wrote about a year ago to remind myself how lucky I really am…it actually really helps me put things in perspective…

THANK YOU for my head, my heart, my hands, my feet…

THANK YOU for my shelter and food to eat…

THANK YOU for my eyes, my ears, my nose, my VOICE…

THANK you for my FREEDOM…

MY FREEDOM OF CHOICE!

I just needed to write about how THANKFUL I am.

is in order to my dear friends & family  who sent me

love & encouragement in a very difficult period in my life…

Everything is fine now & I’m feeling HAPPY again!

I am grateful that I have a roof over my head & food to eat & I’m healthy!

So, this Thanksgiving I’m sending out kisses & prayers in the air

to all the people who have touched my life  since birth…

friends & family

We’re all in this  story together!

You have each help mold who I am today…

and guess what, with all my flaws & imperfections…

I LIKE ME!

And I’m very THANKFUL for that!
