Finally! I have landed! I’ve been traveling back & forth from Lenox, Ma to DC area all Spring & Summer…
living out of a suitcase! I’m pooped!
Happy to settle in for awhile…I’ll be hitting MAIN STREET wearing my wings & doing cartoons for people,
for donations & selling my art as THE ART ANGEL!
I hope to raise money for my documentary “Message-We’re All Writing This Story”…where I’ll be dancing across country wearing my wings for PEACE! AND doing art with strangers!
I’m back doing “CANVAS DANCE” ™, Paintings For Peace workshops! YEAH!

I’m still traveling back & forth from DC to Lenox!
Both places have displayed voluptuous, abundant,
bold, breathtaking clouds and skies!
My head was in the clouds everywhere I went!
I couldn’t stop staring at the sky!
I have some excellent pictures of some excellent skies!
Some say …”Stop & smell the flowers”
I’d like to add…

The sky brings me so much JOY!
I really do live for clouds!

I’m on the road again!
I’ll be back and forth from DC to The Berkshires for the next 3 months!
My friends & family invited me…and since I’ve been depressed where I’m at now…
…some travel will probably be good for my soul!
Eventually, I hope to land in NORTHHAMPTON, MA. I LOVE it there!
While traveling, I’ll be doing some odd jobs, lots of babysitting, working on a video,
tweaking some books, cartoons & safe sex stuff I’m working on
and of course…FACE PAINTING!
WOW! KIDS LOVE GETTING THEIR FACES PAINTED!!!
It’s wild! They will wait in 2 hour long lines…patiently!
It ceases to amaze me!
It gives me great joy to make them sooooo HAPPY from such a simple act!
Well, I’m off and those are my summer plans!
P.S. I may not be writing as often…but I’ll be back!

I love the SKY!
The sky is HEAVENLY!
I live for clouds!
Each sky I see is a work of art, each with a feeling, each with a story…
some filled with intense drama!
Some simply like a storybook!
I find great happiness gazing at the sky.
It almost feels like a longing !
When I was 21 I was a flight attendant for TWA.
It was my favorite job ever…because of the sky !
(and I also love people)…
I was thrilled and excited to be up there! So beautiful!
I found abundant joy in that job…
then I was laid off.
Now, I look up everyday and still think Heaven is just Heavenly!
I paint it when I can and love the painters who paint it well, like Magritte,
and my artist father Joe Shannon…
I started taking daily pictues of the sky this month
and will start a collection of excellent skies!
The 2 places I lived or visited that had the best skies was in
MONTANA, which is called “BIG SKY COUNTRY”…
and ASHEVILLE, NC, called “Land Of The Sky”…
both places had breath taking skies
that put you in a total humble state of AWE!
Third up for me would be San Francisco…
amazing drama with the clouds & fog over Golden Gate Bridge!
