I’m a multi media artist…I do many things! I am a performance artist, cartoonist, writer, designer, sculptor, painter and I LOVE leading workshops that combine dance and making art together. I LOVE working with kids!
When I ‘m “THE ART ANGEL” I wear wings in public. I’m a face painter at events & parties and I am also performance artist for peace…
Besides workshops and painting faces I’m preparing to run across country wearing my wings as a message for peace…in a documentary I call: “MESSAGE~We’re All Writing This Story”. I will be interviewing folks (all kinds!) along the way and getting their feedback about peace.
On the trip I hope to bring people together through art. “CANVAS DANCE~Painting for Peace” , also called “Peace Paint”, is a workshop I lead, that brings 2 or more people together to work on the same piece of art work in the spirit of collaboration, both honoring the individual and the whole. In this workshop you witness how one person effects and changes the whole!
This is a trans-formative and bonding experience, filled with personal growth for all involved. Lots of fun stuff! I believe we can have more peace on earth if people had more creative ways to deal with their feelings…especially the difficult ones, like anger, fear, and sadness. Movement & art are perfect for that!
I have many places you can see my work & learn more about me. My specialties are creating & collaborating, performance art and creating characters. I LOVE Frida Kahlo & love drawing her!
The most important thing I want to leave behind is a message of love…my play “Art Angel”, is my best expression of this message. I hope it will be produced on Broadway one day…hopefully, while I’m I’m still on earth!
